At CreativStep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our policy on returns and refunds below.

Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging in good condition
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support within 14 days via support@creativstep.com
  2. Include in your email:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged or incorrect item)
  3. Wait for return authorization and correct return address
  4. Do not send items without approval

We recommend using a trackable service. We’re not responsible for lost returns without proof of shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: We cover shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Customer Choice: You pay return shipping for sizing issues, change of mind, etc.

Refunds

We’ll inspect your return within 1–3 business days. If approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email support@creativstep.com for exchanges.

For sizing or preference, return the item and place a new order once the refund is processed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personal care products, and hazardous materials.
